Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because items are fulfilled through our manufacturing and logistics partners, processing may occasionally take longer during high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays) — we'll notify you by email if that happens.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier handoffs. Orders to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.95
  • Orders under $49.95 ship at a flat rate of $12

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Because orders may pass through multiple carriers before reaching your local postal service, please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to first update, and note that tracking detail can be limited during the international leg of the journey.

International Shipping & Customs We currently ship to [list countries/regions]. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority — these are the customer's responsibility, are not included in the order total, and are not something we can predict or refund.

Delays Because fulfillment involves international logistics, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier handoffs, weather, or high order volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@shopnudessa.com and we'll look into it — we do not consider an order lost until it has exceeded the estimated delivery window by a reasonable margin (e.g. 14 days past the estimated delivery date).

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they've been submitted to fulfillment (usually within a few hours of purchase). Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but is still covered by the return policy below.
